Pink Peonies

These beautiful big pink peonies bloomed in my flower garden this year.   They are originally from my grandmother's flower garden and I had transplanted them in a partially shaded area.  As they did not grow well, I moved them to a sunnier location and ended up with some really large beautiful blooms. 

Black and White Wood Pecker

This little black and white feathered wood pecker was sitting in the tree in my front yard this spring making lots of noise. He (or she) sat still enough for me to snap a quick picture and then flew away.

Christmas Decorations
